ARL 08 RACE RULES

1. Passing below the yellow line; if not giving back before completeing another lap after review of finished
race results as -1 lap and 50 race points taken away for each offense.
2. Wall riding;-1 lap and - 50 race points per each offense
3. Out of line comments made to a team mate or an admin are not allowed and once someone has been
offended and brought grevance then once found guilty a 1 race suspension will be issued.
4. Accidental collisions result in a line up at the rear of the field before going back green.
5. No talking during a qualifing or race session other then race comments about a pass or damage to
another
car; -5 points per incident.
6. 1 car or more spin calls caution.
7. Absentee points only given when proper notification to adminstration is recieved resulting in last place
points.
8. After no notification for 5 races the cup spot will be given to the lower series points leader.
9. In a cup series race, after 3 caused wrecks involving other cars; person causing wrecks will be asked to
park for remainder of race.

11. NR05 COT=50% MONDAY NITES/PRACTICE 6:00 CST/ RACE 7:00 CST
12. With only 10 races to go in cup series arl will have a challenge to the cup with the top 6 in points reset
to within 5 points of each other.
13. Nascar points system will be used
1= 175 points
2= 170
3= 165
4= 160
5= 155
6= 150
7= 146
8= 142
9= 138
10= 134
11= 130
12= 127
13= 124
14= 121
15= 118
16= 115
17= 112
18= 109
19= 106
20= 103
5 bonus points for leading a lap
10bonus points for leading most laps
only 20 cars per race
